THE NEW REICH
Purpose: To conquer and create a perfect Omniverse for the Aryan Human Race.
Extent of Operations: The New Reich controlls a major territory in the Milky Way Galaxy of the Kingdom of the Unending Star. The center of their power there is Earth, which is now called Vollkommenes Haus (Perfect Home).
Base of Operations: The New Reich Headquarters on Vollkommenes Haus is a massive fortress-city, with planet to orbit missiles and major security. This massive headquarters is where Berlin used to be, and encompasses the entire city. The Führer's home is a place in this fortress known as the Führerbunker.
Major Funding: The New Reich has the resources of several hundred worlds at their disposal.
Known Allies: The Black Hand (though none but the Führer know this).
Known Enemies: All non-Aryan peoples and their sympathizers.
1942 C.Y.E., Berlin, Germany - Earth 1 (Kingdom of the 52)
Dr. Holter Zeutermann was still experimenting with the drug. It was supposed to slay all non-Aryans while empowering the Aryan race, but something wasn't working. It was empowering all, or slaying all. Dr. Zeutermann was giving up hope rapidly. Germany was not doing as well as planned. This drug would probably be the deciding factor. He heard footsteps behind him.
Turning, Dr. Zeutermann saw a man in a uniform. It was similar to the Uniforms of the German military, but it was also very different. "Dr. Zeutermann, " began the man "I have come to tell you that Germany will loose this world war. They will fall to the Allied forces. But it does not have to be the end. You can come with me. I am from Germany, but on another earth. An earth where we lost the war, but rose again a thousand years later, and won! We did it with your invention. I am Zeitigiest, a time traveller. If you come with me, we can be assured that the New Reich will spread not only over earth, but the whole universe!"

2074 C.Y.E., Berlin, Germany - Earth (The Megaverse)
Alarms blared and soldiers ran to and fro. Triax had managed to repel an attack from some Nazi fanatics, but not before they managed to steal plans for a top-secret powered suit of armor. Sure that the Columbians were behind it all, Dr. Geistmann prepared to tell the President that, when something opened.
A doorway? Dr. Geistmann was surprised when he saw a man step through, holding his own corpse. The man looked at the Doctor and said "Dr. Geistmann, I am Ragnarok. We must speak."
Dropping the body, Ragnarok suddenly grabbed Geistmann and retreated through the door.

1998 C.Y.E., Hamburg, Germany - Earth (Kingdom of the Unending Star)
The Führer was standing at the window, looking out on the city below. He knew that his new ally was behind him.
"Did Zeitigiest and Ragnarok get them?"
The being responded "Of course. Now, will you agree to attack the prison worlds? My prison must be broken free."
"Of course", replied the Führer. He shuddered at the thought of refusing.

The New Reich is a Nazi group that has taken the greatest minds of the Nazi's, as well as their metahumans, and brought them together. They have declared war on the entire omniverse (though most of the omniverse doesn't even know they exist). They are slowly conquering the Milky Way galaxy of their Kingdom, and they have attacked (unsuccessfully) the Kingdom of Power.
They have several positions, and there are numerous divisions.
Meta-Human Attack Force of the New Reich
Divisions:
Heer - a member of the Armed Forces division of the Third Reich.
Luftwaffe - a member of the Airforce division of the Third Reich.
Kriegsmarine - a member of the Sea and Space division of the Third Reich.
Thule Society - the magical branch of the New Reich
Ubersoldaten - A member of the Meta-Human Attack Corps of the New Reich. All people in the above list are members of the Ubersoldaten.
Vampyr - a member of the Vampyr, who have been given too much of the super-soldier serum, or an actual vampire or other undead.
Abwehr - a member of the Volkommenes Intelligence Service.
Triax - the research and development arm of the New Reich.
Berater - Advisors to the Führer. These are often the best minds and tacticians in the New Reich.
Unsterblich - Immortal or Divine members of the New Reich.

Also from Marvel Comics: Baron Zemo II. Mister Sinister does not have the sort of Loyalty that Overshadow desires, and thus did not recruit him (same reason he ended up not recruiting Vandal Savage)

After learning of the Well of Furies from Reichsman, Overshadow did some research. He discovered that the Well taps into the collective Etherium energies of the Olympian Pantheon. He staged an assault, and captured the Well from the Olympians. He had the Thule society cast a powerful spell to seal the power of the well off from all those they did not want to have it.
Some in the room at the time, got immediate infusions of power (Baron Zemo, Hael Gustavson, Erich Yates, Peter Goll, and Captain Nazi). This gave them much power, but also made them subservient to the Well itself. Others started to draw from the well slowly, gaining the power from the well, but not becoming beholden to it. (Overshadow, Superior, Captain Germany, Blitz, Zeitigiest, and Nacht-Krieger)

The Protectors have discovered this plot, and are trying to stop the New Reich. The entered Olympus and found a now-empowered Baron Zemo (and Captain Nazi - though the Protectors never saw him personally) facing off against several of the Olympians allies (namely Zakiru, Luthien, Lucifer [the angel], Krystel Haven, and Kiresalai). Though the protectors went to aid them, Baron Zemo proved too strong for them. Giving Lucifer a chance to get the Protectors out of the way, Zakiru and Luthien distracted Baron Zemo. Lucifer took the Protectors back to the Watchtower, where they met up with Johnny Curse and Syn Apsis, who had just returned from Hades' realm.
Together, Lucifer brought the heroes to the Kingdom of Paragons, where they met that realities Syn Apsis, and they went from there to Oroborus to find the back door to Olympus that leads to the Well of Furies.
Now on Olympus, Americal, Syn Apsis, Syn Apsis, Johnny Curse, Captain Ironside, Goldeneyes, and Ionizer prepare to face off against the New Reich at the Well of Furies.
But not all is well, as the well is guarded well by the New Reich, and there are suprises there, for both the New Reich AND the Protectors.
