Combat

Chiav Thur's natural weapons as well as any weapons he wields are treated as epic for the purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction.

Crippling Strike (Ex): Chiav Thur can sneak attack opponents with such precision that his blows weaken and hamper them. An opponent damaged by one of his sneak attacks also takes 2 points of Strength damage. Ability points lost to damage return on their own at the rate of 1 point per day for each damaged ability.

Domain Powers (Su): Free Blind-Fight feat; Chiav Thur casts divination spells at +1 caster level, all Knowledge skills are Cleric class skills; Chiav Thur has the power of good fortune, which is usable 11/day. This extraodinary ability allows Chiav Thur to reroll one roll that he has just made, before the GM declares whether the roll is a success or failure. He must take the results of the reroll, even if it's worse than the original roll; Bluff, Disguise, and Hide are Cleric class skills.

Sneak Attack (Ex): If Chaiv Thur can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage. Chiav Thur’s attack deals an extra 10d6 damage any time his target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when Chiav Thur flanks his target. Should Chiav Thur score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. With a sap (blackjack) or an unarmed strike, Chiav Thur can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. He cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual -4 penalty. Chiav Thur can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies—undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to sneak attacks. Chiav Thur must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. Chiav Thur cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment or striking the limbs of a creature whose vitals are beyond reach.

Salient Divine Abilities (Su):

Alter Reality (Su): This ability is similar to the wish spell. Chiav Thur merely thinks of something and then makes it so. Doing this requires at least a standard action. Chiav Thur can duplicate any spell, song or power of 9th level or lower as a standard action. The duplicated spell, song, or power has no material or XP component, and the DC of its saving throw (if one is allowed) is 41. Chiav Thur also can duplicate a spell or power with any metamagic or metapsionic feat (so long as the metamagic or metapsionic feat is available to characters of 20th level or lower). This use of the ability requires Chiav Thur to rest for 1 round for each level that the feat would normally add to the spell or each 2 power points the feat would normally add to a power. It still takes a standard action to use this ability, so there is no point in using the ability to duplicate a quickened spell or power. Chiav Thur can render a magical, harmonic, psionic or supernatural effect permanent. The rest requirement varies with the effect: 10 minutes per level of the effect times the number of subjects affected, 10 minutes per total Hit Dice of creatures affected, or 10 minutes per 10-foot cube affected. Use the highest applicable value. Chiav Thur can create temporary, nonmagical objects. This works like the Create Object ability (including the required rest period), except that the items last 11 days. Chiav Thur also can create permanent nonmagical objects as if using the Create Object ability except that all rest requirements are doubled and there is no reduction in rest time for being on an Outer Plane or in his own realm. Chiav Thur can create temporary magic items or creatures. This works like the Divine Creation ability (including the required rest period), except that the items or creatures created last 11 hours. This ability cannot create permanent magic items or creatures. Chiav Thur can reshape a landscape, creating any type of terrain the deity can imagine. Each 10-foot cube of material to be reshaped requires 1 round of effort, and he must rest for one day per 10-foot cube shaped after the work is completed. This is a Thymium ability.

Annihilating Strike (Su): When Chiav Thur strikes with a weapon or natural weapon, the opponent struck might be obliterated. Creatures, attended objects, and magic items must make Fortitude saves (DC 31 +  the damage dealt) or be reduced to –10 hit points and killed outright. Unattended, nonmagical objects are obliterated. The deity can destroy up to 11,000 cubic feet (11 10-foot cubes) of nonliving matter, so the ability destroys only part of any very large object or structure targeted. Deities with 11 or more divine ranks are not subject to this ability. This ability has no effect on objects or effects that are not subject to physical attacks. This is a Thymium ability.

Avatar (Su): An avatar serves as Chiav Thur’s alter ego, effectively allowing him to be in two or more places at the same time. An avatar is an extension of Chiav Thur. Chiav Thur senses and knows everything the avatar senses and knows and vice versa. Each avatar counts as a remote location where the deity is sensing and communicating. Chiav Thur can have up to ten avatars at once. It takes Chiav Thur one year to create an avatar or replace a destroyed avatar. The process does not require any special effort on Chiav Thur's part. An avatar must be created in Chiav Thur's own realm. An avatar is a less powerful version of Chiav Thur, created by modifying Chiav Thur's statistics, that has the following characteristics. Divine Rank: The avatar’s divine rank is 5. This decrease in divine rank affects many of the avatar’s statistics and abilities, including bonuses to attack rolls, damage, saves, checks, and Armor Class, damage reduction, resistances, number of salient divine abilities and bonus salient divine abilities, uses per day of domain powers, saving throw DCs against spell-like abilities, range of senses, automatic actions, magic items it can create, and extent of divine aura. Chiav Thur’s ability scores, speed, class levels, and Hit Dice are unchanged. Divine Abilities: The avatar has salient divine abilities according to its own divine rank. Chiav Thur chooses which of its abilities the avatar has when creating the avatar. The avatar cannot have a salient divine ability that is not available to a deity of its own rank, nor can it use a salient divine ability if it doesn’t meet the prerequisites. An avatar cannot have the Avatar or Possess Mortal salient divine abilities. An avatar does not have any remote sensing or remote communication powers. This is a Thymium ability.

Clearsight (Su): Chiav Thur can see illusions, transmuted creatures and objects, and disguised creatures or objects for what they really are, provided they are within 110 feet. This ability is similar to the true seeing spell, except that it does not reveal creatures’ alignments and it does foil mundane disguises. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Archery (Su): Chiav Thur can fire a ranged weapon at any target within line of sight and within range of his personal senses. No range increment applies to the attack. Chiav Thur does not incur any attacks of opportunity for firing a bow when threatened. As a full-round action, Chiav Thur may fire an arrow at his full base attack bonus at each opponent within 110 feet. Chiav Thur must have the Weapon Focus feat with the type of bow he uses to perform this attack. When shooting a ranged weapon, Chiav Thur can ignore any cover bonus to the target’s AC or any miss chance conferred by the target’s concealment. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Blessing (Su): Chiav Thur can grant mortals a +6 enhancement bonus to Dexterity that lasts for one day. In a single day and at one time, Chiav Thur can affect 11 creatures. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Fast Healing (Ex): Chiav Thur has the fast healing 31 quality. Lost limbs or body parts reattach instantly when pressed against the wound on the body.

Divine Rogue (Su): When struck by an attack from an opponent Chiav Thur has designated as its dodge target, he may make a Reflex save (DC 10 + damage dealt) to negate all damage from the attack. If Chiav Thur passes within 5 feet of a trap, he is entitled to a Search check to notice it as if he were actively looking for it. Chiav Thur can assess the exact value of any treasure he can see. Chiav Thur also can immediately determine what any creature is carrying and where each carried item is. This is a Thymium ability.

Extra Sense Enhancement (Su): Chiav Thur has blindsight to a range of 11 miles. This is a Thymium ability.

Increased Spell Resistance: Chiav Thur's spell resistance is 20 higher than normal. This does not change his power resistance or harmony resistance.

Know Secrets (Su): Chiav Thur can learn a creature’s entire history (including any embarrassing or vital secrets it might know) just by looking at it. This ability is similar to the legend lore spell, except that it delivers instant results and the subject is allowed a DC 31 Will save to avoid the effect. This is a Thymium ability.

Power of Luck (Su): Chiav Thur can give creatures good or bad fortune. Chiav Thur can affect up to 11 creatures at once, but no more than eleven each day. All must be within Chiav Thur’s line of sight when first affected. Subjects receive a luck bonus of +11 or a luck penalty of -11 on attack rolls, saves, and checks for one day. Any creature that attacks Chiav Thur automatically suffers the luck penalty, and this does not count against Chiav Thur’s daily uses of this ability. This is a Thymium ability.

Supreme Initiative (Su): Chiav Thur goes first in the initiative order, no matter what his initiative result is or what initiative result anyone else in an encounter or battle has. Determine initiative normally among any beings who don’t have this ability, placing them in order after Chiav Thur. Chiav Thur can choose to delay or ready an action, just any other being can, and doing so changes his initiative as normal. He also can refocus, thereby resuming his position at the beginning of the initiative order. If two or more beings who have this ability are in the same battle, the being with the highest divine rank gets the first position in the initiative order, the being with the second highest rank gets the second position, and so on. Other beings then go in order after the last being with the Supreme Initiative ability. If two beings with this ability and the same divine rank are in a battle, make an initiative check for each being, and the being with the higher result goes first. This is a Thymium ability.

Wound Enemy (Su): When Chiav Thur deals weapon damage to a creature, it is such that a wound he causes deals 1d6 points of damage per round thereafter in addition to the normal damage from the weapon. Multiple wounds from the weapon result in cumulative bleeding loss (two wounds for 2d6 points of damage per round, and so on). The bleeding can only be stopped by a successful DC 26 Treat Injury check or the application of any cure spell or other healing spell (heal, mass cure light wounds, and so on). This is a Thymium ability.

Spell-like Abilities (Sp): At will - aid (DC 33), armor of darkness, blacklight, blindness/deafness (DC 33), break enchantment, confusion (DC 35), darkbolt (DC 36), disguise self, entropic shield, false vision, freedom of movement (DC 35), invisibility, miracle (DC 40), mislead (DC 37), moment of prescience, nightmare (DC 38), nondetection (DC 34), obscuring mist, polymorph any object (DC 39), power word blind, power word kill, protection from energy (DC 34), screen (DC 38), spell turning, time stop. Caster Level 21st. At will - clairaudience/clairvoyance, detect secret doors, detect thoughts (DC 33), discern location, divination, fiind the path (DC 38), foresight (DC 40), legend lore, prying eyes, true seeing. Caster Level 22nd. These are Magical abilities.

Cleric Spells per Day: 6/8/8/6/6/5. Caster Level 10th. Save DC 20 + Spell Level.

Turn Undead (Su): 1d20+23 turning check, 2d6+20 turning damage. Effective cleric level 10th. This is a Magical ability.

Always Maximized Roll: Chiav Thur always has maximum hit points for his Hit Die. Chiav Thur can choose to take 20 on any check. A natural roll of 1 is never considered an automatic failure.

Automatic Actions (Su): Chiav Thur can use Hide, Move Silently, Sense Motive, Bluff, and Sleight of Hand as free actions as long as the DC for the task is 25 or less. He can perform up to ten such free actions each round. This is a Thymium ability.

Block Sensing (Su): As a standard action, Chiav Thur can block the sensing ability of other deities of divine rank 11 or lower. This power extends for a radius of eleven miles, or within the same distance around a temple or other locale sacred to Chiav Thur, or the same distance around a portfolio-related event. Chiav Thur can block two remote locations at once, plus the area within one mile of himself. The blockage lasts 11 hours. This is a Thymium ability.

Create Items (Ex): Chiav Thur can create any magic or psionic item that helps the wielder hide or concel things as long as its market price is 200,000 gp or less. Chiav Thur does not require any item creation feats to create these items. He must still meet all other prerequisites (such as spells, or ranks in certain skills, etc.)

Defensive Roll (Ex): Chiav Thur can roll with a potentially lethal blow to take less damage from it than he otherwise would. Once per day, when he would be reduced to 0 or fewer hit points by damage in combat (from a weapon or other blow, not a spell or special ability), Chiav Thur can attempt to roll with the damage. To use this ability, Chiav Thur must attempt a Reflex saving throw (DC = damage dealt). If the save succeeds, he takes only half damage from the blow; if it fails, he takes full damage. He must be aware of the attack and able to react to it in order to execute his defensive roll—if he is denied his Dexterity bonus to AC, he can’t use this ability. Since this effect would not normally allow a character to make a Reflex save for half damage, Chiav Thur’s evasion ability does not apply to the defensive roll.

Divine Aura (Su): The mere presence of Chiav Thur can deeply affect mortals and beings of ten or less divine ranks. All divine aura effects are mind-affecting, supernatural abilities. Mortals and other beings of divine rank ten or less can resist the aura’s effects with successful DC 31 Will saves. Chiav Thur is immune to the auras of beings of divine rank eleven or less. Any being who makes a successful saving throw against Chiav Thur’s aura power becomes immune to his aura power for one day. Divine aura is an emanation that extends around Chiav Thur in up to an 1,100-foot-radius. Chiav Thur chooses the size of the radius and can change it as a free action. If Chiav Thur chooses a radius of 0 feet, his aura power effectively becomes non-functional. When two or more beings’ auras cover the same area, only the aura that belongs to the being with the highest rank functions. If divine ranks are equal, the auras coexist. Chiav Thur can make his own worshipers, beings of neutral alignment, or both types of individuals immune to the effect as a free action. The immunity lasts one day or until Chiav Thur dismisses it. Once affected by an aura power, creatures remain affected as long as they remain within the aura’s radius. Chiav Thur can choose from the following effects each round as a free action. Daze: Affected beings just stare at Chiav Thur in fascination. They can defend themselves normally but can take no actions. Fright: Affected beings become shaken and suffer a –2 morale penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks. The merest glance or gesture from Chiav Thur makes them frightened, and they flee as quickly as they can, although they can choose the path of their flight. Resolve: Chiav Thur’s allies receive a +4 morale bonus on attack rolls, saves, and checks, while his foes receive a –4 morale penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Immunities (Ex): Chiav Thur has the following immunities. These immunities do not apply if the attacker is a being with 11 or more divine ranks. Ability Damage, Ability Drain, Banishment, Death Effects, Disease, Disintegration, Energy Drain, Imprisonment, Paralysis, Poison, Turning or Rebuking, Stunning, and Transmutation.

Divine Senses (Ex): Chiav Thur has incredibly sensitive perception. Chiav Thur’s senses extend out to a radius of eleven miles. Perception is limited to the senses Chiav Thur possesses. He cannot, for example, see through solid objects without using his remote sensing ability or some sort of x-ray vision power. This applies to Chiav Thur's Blindsight.

Godly Realm: Chiav Thur has a location that serves as a workplace, personal residence, audience chamber, and sometimes as a retreat or fortress. Chiav Thur is at his most powerful within his godly realm. Chiav Thur has at least modest control over the environment within its realm, controlling the temperature and minor elements of the environment. The radius of this control is 10 miles. Within this area, Chiav Thur can set any temperature that is normal for the plane where the realm is located, and fill the area with scents and sounds as he sees fit. Sounds can be no louder than one hundred humans could make, including intelligible speech, but not harmful sound. Chiav Thur’s ability to create scents is similar. Chiav Thur not only has control over the environment, but also controls links to the Astral Plane. Manipulating a realm’s astral links renders teleportation and similar effects useless within the realm. Chiav Thur can designate certain locales within the realm where astral links remain intact. Likewise, Chiav Thur can block off the realm from planar portals or designate locations where portals are possible. Chiav Thur can also apply the enhanced magic or impeded magic trait to up to four groups of spells (schools, domains, or spells with the same descriptor). The enhanced magic trait enables a metamagic feat to be applied to a group of spells without requiring higher-level spell slots. Many deities apply the enhanced magic trait to their domain spells, making them maximized (as the Maximize Spell feat) within the boundaries of their realm. The impeded magic trait doesn't affect Chiav Thur's spells and spell-like abilities. In addition, Chiav Thur can erect buildings as desired and alter terrain within ten miles to become any terrain type found on the Material Plane. These buildings and alterations are manifestations of Chiav Thur's control over the realm.

Grant Spells (Ex): Chiav Thur automatically grants spells and domain powers to mortal divine spellcasters who pray to it. He can grant spells from the cleric spell list and from the Darkness, Knowledge, Luck, and Trickery domains. Chiav Thur can withhold spells from any particular mortal as a free action; once a spell has been granted, it remains in the mortal’s mind until expended.

Greater Teleport (Sp): Chiav Thur can use greater teleport as a spell-like ability at will, as the spell cast by a 20th-level character, except that he can transport only himself and up to 1100 pounds of objects. This is a Thymium ability.

Immortality (Ex): Chiav Thur is naturally immortal and cannot die from natural causes. He does not age, and does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe. The only way for Chiav Thur to die is through special circumstances, usually by being slain in magical or physical combat. Chiav Thur is not subject to death from massive damage.

Improved Evasion (Ex): Chiav Thur can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If he makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, he instead takes no damage. On a failed save, Chiav Thur takes half damage. Improved Evasion can be used only if Chiav Thur is wearing light armor or no armor. If helpless, Chiav Thur does not gain the benefit of improved evasion.

Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex): Chiav Thur can react to danger before his senses would normally allow him to do so. He retains his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if he is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, he still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. In addition, Chiav Thur can no longer be flanked. This defense denies another rogue the ability to sneak attack Chiav Thur by flanking him, unless the attacker has at least 24 rogue levels.

Opportunist (Ex): Once per round, Chiav Thur can make an attack of opportunity against an opponent who has just been struck for damage in melee by another character. This attack counts as Chiav Thur’s attack of opportunity for that round. Chiav Thur can’t use the opportunist ability more than once per round.

Plane Shift (Sp): Chiav Thur can use plane shift as a spell-like ability at will, as the spell cast by a 20th-level character, except that he can only transport himself and up to 1100 pounds of objects. This is a Thymium ability.

Portfolio Sense (Ex): Chiav Thur automatically senses any event that involves thievery, or the telling of any secret. When Chiav Thur senses an event, he merely knows that the event is occurring and where it is. Chiav Thur receives no sensory information about the event. Once he notices an event, he can use his remote sensing power to perceive the event. Chiav Thur retains the sensation of the event for 11 weeks after it occurs.

Remote Communication (Su): As a standard action, Chiav Thur can send a communication to a remote location. He can speak to any of his own worshipers, and to anyone within eleven miles away from a site dedicated to Chiav Thur, or within eleven miles away from a statue or other likeness of Chiav Thur. The creature being contacted can receive a telepathic message that only it can hear. Alternatively, Chiav Thur’s voice can seem to issue from the air, the ground, or from some object of his choosing (but not an object or locale dedicated to another being of divine rank 11 or higher). In the latter case, anyone within earshot of the sound can hear it. Chiav Thur can send a manifestation or omen instead of a spoken or telepathic message. The exact nature of this communication varies. Chiav Thur’s communication power can cross planes and penetrate any barrier. Once communication is initiated, Chiav Thur can continue communicating as a free action until he decides to end the communication. Chiav Thur can carry on as many remote communications at one time as he can remote sense at one time. This is a Thymium ability.

Remote Sensing (Su): As a standard action, Chiav Thur can perceive everything within an eleven-mile-radius around any of his worshipers, holy sites, or other objects or locales sacred to Chiav Thur. This effect can also be centered on any place where someone speaks Chiav Thur’s name, aliases, or title for up to 1 hour after the name is spoken, and at any location when an event related to his portfolio occurs. The remote sensing power can cross planes and penetrate any barrier except a divine shield or an area otherwise blocked by a being of divine rank 11 or higher. Remote sensing is not fooled by misdirection or nondetection or similar spells, and it does not create a magical sensor that other creatures can detect. Chiav Thur can extend his senses to ten remote locations at once and still sense what’s going on nearby. Once Chiav Thur chooses a remote location to sense, he automatically receives sensory information from that location until he chooses a new location to sense, or until he can’t sense the location. This is a Thymium ability.

Slippery Mind (Ex): This ability represents Chiav Thur’s ability to wriggle free from magical effects that would otherwise control or compel him. If Chiav Thur is affected by an enchantment spell or effect and fails his saving throw, he can attempt it again 1 round later at the same DC. He gets only this one extra chance to succeed on his saving throw.

Trapfinding: Chiav Thur can use the Search skill to locate traps when the task has a Difficulty Class higher than 20. Chiav Thur can use the Disable Device skill to disarm magic traps. If Chiav Thur beats a trap’s DC by 10 or more with a Disable Device check can study a trap, figure out how it works, and bypass it (with his party) without disarming it.

Trapsense (Ex): Chiav Thur gains an intuitive sense that alerts him to danger from traps, giving him a +6 bonus on Reflex saves made to avoid traps and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made by traps.

Possessions: Bracers of epic armor +15, Chiav's bow, ring of nine lives, vest of epic resistance +10

Combat

The Avatar of Chiav Thur's natural weapons as well as any weapons he wields are treated as epic for the purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction.

Crippling Strike (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can sneak attack opponents with such precision that his blows weaken and hamper them. An opponent damaged by one of his sneak attacks also takes 2 points of Strength damage. Ability points lost to damage return on their own at the rate of 1 point per day for each damaged ability.

Domain Powers (Su): Free Blind-Fight feat; The Avatar of Chiav Thur casts divination spells at +1 caster level, all Knowledge skills are Cleric class skills; The Avatar of Chiav Thur has the power of good fortune, which is usable 11/day. This extraodinary ability allows The Avatar of Chiav Thur to reroll one roll that he has just made, before the GM declares whether the roll is a success or failure. He must take the results of the reroll, even if it's worse than the original roll; Bluff, Disguise, and Hide are Cleric class skills.

Sneak Attack (Ex): If The Avatar of Chaiv Thur can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage. The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s attack deals an extra 10d6 damage any time his target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when The Avatar of Chiav Thur flanks his target. Should The Avatar of Chiav Thur score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. With a sap (blackjack) or an unarmed strike, The Avatar of Chiav Thur can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. He cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual -4 penalty. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies—undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to sneak attacks. The Avatar of Chiav Thur must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. The Avatar of Chiav Thur cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment or striking the limbs of a creature whose vitals are beyond reach.

Salient Divine Abilities (Su):

Alter Reality (Su): This ability is similar to the wish spell. The Avatar of Chiav Thur merely thinks of something and then makes it so. Doing this requires at least a standard action. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can duplicate any spell, song or power of 9th level or lower as a standard action. The duplicated spell, song, or power has no material or XP component, and the DC of its saving throw (if one is allowed) is 35. The Avatar of Chiav Thur also can duplicate a spell or power with any metamagic or metapsionic feat (so long as the metamagic or metapsionic feat is available to characters of 20th level or lower). This use of the ability requires The Avatar of Chiav Thur to rest for 1 round for each level that the feat would normally add to the spell or each 2 power points the feat would normally add to a power. It still takes a standard action to use this ability, so there is no point in using the ability to duplicate a quickened spell or power. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can render a magical, harmonic, psionic or supernatural effect permanent. The rest requirement varies with the effect: 10 minutes per level of the effect times the number of subjects affected, 10 minutes per total Hit Dice of creatures affected, or 10 minutes per 10-foot cube affected. Use the highest applicable value. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can create temporary, nonmagical objects. This works like the Create Object ability (including the required rest period), except that the items last 5 days. The Avatar of Chiav Thur also can create permanent nonmagical objects as if using the Create Object ability except that all rest requirements are doubled and there is no reduction in rest time for being on an Outer Plane or in his own realm. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can create temporary magic items or creatures. This works like the Divine Creation ability (including the required rest period), except that the items or creatures created last 5 hours. This ability cannot create permanent magic items or creatures. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can reshape a landscape, creating any type of terrain the deity can imagine. Each 10-foot cube of material to be reshaped requires 1 round of effort, and he must rest for one day per 10-foot cube shaped after the work is completed. This is a Thymium ability.

Clearsight (Su): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can see illusions, transmuted creatures and objects, and disguised creatures or objects for what they really are, provided they are within 50 feet. This ability is similar to the true seeing spell, except that it does not reveal creatures’ alignments and it does foil mundane disguises. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Archery (Su): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can fire a ranged weapon at any target within line of sight and within range of his personal senses. No range increment applies to the attack. The Avatar of Chiav Thur does not incur any attacks of opportunity for firing a bow when threatened. As a full-round action, The Avatar of Chiav Thur may fire an arrow at his full base attack bonus at each opponent within 110 feet. The Avatar of Chiav Thur must have the Weapon Focus feat with the type of bow he uses to perform this attack. When shooting a ranged weapon, The Avatar of Chiav Thur can ignore any cover bonus to the target’s AC or any miss chance conferred by the target’s concealment. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Rogue (Su): When struck by an attack from an opponent The Avatar of Chiav Thur has designated as its dodge target, he may make a Reflex save (DC 10 + damage dealt) to negate all damage from the attack. If The Avatar of Chiav Thur passes within 5 feet of a trap, he is entitled to a Search check to notice it as if he were actively looking for it. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can assess the exact value of any treasure he can see. The Avatar of Chiav Thur also can immediately determine what any creature is carrying and where each carried item is. This is a Thymium ability.

Increased Spell Resistance: The Avatar of Chiav Thur's spell resistance is 20 higher than normal. This does not change his power resistance or harmony resistance.

Power of Luck (Su): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can give creatures good or bad fortune. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can affect up to 5 creatures at once, but no more than five each day. All must be within The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s line of sight when first affected. Subjects receive a luck bonus of +5 or a luck penalty of -5 on attack rolls, saves, and checks for one day. Any creature that attacks The Avatar of Chiav Thur automatically suffers the luck penalty, and this does not count against The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s daily uses of this ability. This is a Thymium ability.

Spell-like Abilities (Sp): At will - aid (DC 27), armor of darkness, blacklight, blindness/deafness (DC 27), break enchantment, confusion (DC 29), darkbolt (DC 30), disguise self, entropic shield, false vision, freedom of movement (DC 29), invisibility, miracle (DC 34), mislead (DC 31), moment of prescience, nightmare (DC 32), nondetection (DC 28), obscuring mist, polymorph any object (DC 33), power word blind, power word kill, protection from energy (DC 28), screen (DC 32), spell turning, time stop. Caster Level 15th. At will - clairaudience/clairvoyance, detect secret doors, detect thoughts (DC 27), discern location, divination, fiind the path (DC 32), foresight (DC 34), legend lore, prying eyes, true seeing. Caster Level 16th. These are Magical abilities.

Cleric Spells per Day: 6/8/8/6/6/5. Caster Level 10th. Save DC 20 + Spell Level.

Turn Undead (Su): 1d20+17 turning check, 2d6+20 turning damage. Effective cleric level 10th. This is a Magical ability.

Always Maximized Roll: The Avatar of Chiav Thur always has maximum hit points for his Hit Die. A natural roll of 1 is never considered an automatic failure.

Defensive Roll (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can roll with a potentially lethal blow to take less damage from it than he otherwise would. Once per day, when he would be reduced to 0 or fewer hit points by damage in combat (from a weapon or other blow, not a spell or special ability), The Avatar of Chiav Thur can attempt to roll with the damage. To use this ability, The Avatar of Chiav Thur must attempt a Reflex saving throw (DC = damage dealt). If the save succeeds, he takes only half damage from the blow; if it fails, he takes full damage. He must be aware of the attack and able to react to it in order to execute his defensive roll—if he is denied his Dexterity bonus to AC, he can’t use this ability. Since this effect would not normally allow a character to make a Reflex save for half damage, The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s evasion ability does not apply to the defensive roll.

Divine Aura (Su): The mere presence of The Avatar of Chiav Thur can deeply affect mortals and beings of four or less divine ranks. All divine aura effects are mind-affecting, supernatural abilities. Mortals and other beings of divine rank ten or less can resist the aura’s effects with successful DC 25 Will saves. The Avatar of Chiav Thur is immune to the auras of beings of divine rank eleven or less. Any being who makes a successful saving throw against The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s aura power becomes immune to his aura power for one day. Divine aura is an emanation that extends around Chiav Thur in up to a 50-foot-radius. The Avatar of Chiav Thur chooses the size of the radius and can change it as a free action. If The Avatar of Chiav Thur chooses a radius of 0 feet, his aura power effectively becomes non-functional. When two or more beings’ auras cover the same area, only the aura that belongs to the being with the highest rank functions. If divine ranks are equal, the auras coexist. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can make his own worshipers, beings of neutral alignment, or both types of individuals immune to the effect as a free action. The immunity lasts one day or until The Avatar of Chiav Thur dismisses it. Once affected by an aura power, creatures remain affected as long as they remain within the aura’s radius. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can choose from the following effects each round as a free action. Daze: Affected beings just stare at The Avatar of Chiav Thur in fascination. They can defend themselves normally but can take no actions. Fright: Affected beings become shaken and suffer a –2 morale penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks. The merest glance or gesture from The Avatar of Chiav Thur makes them frightened, and they flee as quickly as they can, although they can choose the path of their flight. Resolve: The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s allies receive a +4 morale bonus on attack rolls, saves, and checks, while his foes receive a –4 morale penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks. This is a Thymium ability.

Divine Immunities (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur has the following immunities. These immunities do not apply if the attacker is a being with 5 or more divine ranks. Ability Damage, Ability Drain, Death Effects, Disease, Disintegration, Energy Drain, Paralysis, Poison, Turning or Rebuking, Stunning, and Transmutation.

Divine Senses (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur has incredibly sensitive perception. The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s senses extend out to a radius of five miles. Perception is limited to the senses The Avatar of Chiav Thur possesses. He cannot, for example, see through solid objects without using his remote sensing ability or some sort of x-ray vision power.

Greater Teleport (Sp): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can use greater teleport as a spell-like ability at will, as the spell cast by a 20th-level character, except that he can transport only himself and up to 500 pounds of objects. This is a Thymium ability.

Immortality (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur is naturally immortal and cannot die from natural causes. He does not age, and does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe. The only way for The Avatar of Chiav Thur to die is through special circumstances, usually by being slain in magical or physical combat. The Avatar of Chiav Thur is not subject to death from massive damage.

Improved Evasion (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If he makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, he instead takes no damage. On a failed save, The Avatar of Chiav Thur takes half damage. Improved Evasion can be used only if The Avatar of Chiav Thur is wearing light armor or no armor. If helpless, The Avatar of Chiav Thur does not gain the benefit of improved evasion.

Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur can react to danger before his senses would normally allow him to do so. He retains his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if he is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, he still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. In addition, The Avatar of Chiav Thur can no longer be flanked. This defense denies another rogue the ability to sneak attack The Avatar of Chiav Thur by flanking him, unless the attacker has at least 24 rogue levels.

Opportunist (Ex): Once per round, The Avatar of Chiav Thur can make an attack of opportunity against an opponent who has just been struck for damage in melee by another character. This attack counts as The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s attack of opportunity for that round. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can’t use the opportunist ability more than once per round.

Slippery Mind (Ex): This ability represents The Avatar of Chiav Thur’s ability to wriggle free from magical effects that would otherwise control or compel him. If The Avatar of Chiav Thur is affected by an enchantment spell or effect and fails his saving throw, he can attempt it again 1 round later at the same DC. He gets only this one extra chance to succeed on his saving throw.

Trapfinding: The Avatar of Chiav Thur can use the Search skill to locate traps when the task has a Difficulty Class higher than 20. The Avatar of Chiav Thur can use the Disable Device skill to disarm magic traps. If The Avatar of Chiav Thur beats a trap’s DC by 10 or more with a Disable Device check can study a trap, figure out how it works, and bypass it (with his party) without disarming it.

Trapsense (Ex): The Avatar of Chiav Thur gains an intuitive sense that alerts him to danger from traps, giving him a +6 bonus on Reflex saves made to avoid traps and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made by traps.

Possessions: Bracers of epic armor +15, Chiav's bow, ring of nine lives, vest of epic resistance +10

Chiav's Bow: This ornate +5 short bow has the speed, seeking, and distance special abilities.

Strong Divination; CL 15th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, clairaudiance/clairvoyance, haste, true seeing; Price 200,330 gp
