Actually Cap joined the Avengers in issue 4 I have added everyone I can think of that I feel is an Avenger. I have left out characters I have never heard of or don't feel should be an Avenger (Wolverine, and Darkhawk as examples) Do you want a core team? or like the JL rotating memebrship as needed. If we do rotating then we are for sure eliminating the Civil War concept altogether. I can go either way doesn't much matter I also left out Ares because all other comic and game portrayal of Ares shows hes not hero type. Many in this list like JL are "dead" but I am unsure as to if I will do that and some are not regarded as reserve members of Avengers anymore.
